1.Advanced leading -edge paper feeding system,easy to operate and featuring high precision.

2.The positions of the left and right baffles are electriclly adjusted via screw rods,and the right bafle is equipped with a pneumatic alignment device.

3.A7-inch true -color touch screen is installed,allowing presetting of 200 sets of orders,order inquiry,zero position setting,order input, machine synchronization zeroing,phase automatic/manual adjustment,machine parameter management,manual/automatic control of plate lifting,lowering,and inking.Production quantity and production speed are automatically displayed,and the production quantity can be set.

4.Electric control is used to adjust the axial,longitudinal,and box height dimensions of each tool holder shaft.

5.The slotting phase is controlled by a PLC touch screen with electric digital 360°adjustment (adjustable during operation and stop). Equipped with a phase zeroing device.

6.Single-axis double-blade slotting is adopted,and the box height adjustment uses an internal gear electric adjustment structure,preventing lubricating oil from easily contaminating the carton.Additionally,the box height adjustment is equipped with an anti-collision protection device to avoid machine damage.
